  • AirGroupLLC is worst company, cheating company!!! There has been a problem with my furnace for a while. I called Air Group (wrong decision!) and they sent a technician a few days later. He spent an hour and half doing diagnosis and could not locate the problem. He told me the problem could be either with thermostat or circuit board. But I still need to pay 140 dollars for this failed diagnosis. I was not happy but asked what more he can do to fix the problem. He said he needs new thermostat and new circuit board to locate the problem, and he went out to get those. After half hour, he came back and did testing. He told me the problem is with circuit board and gave me the quote of 861 dollars for replacing the board including labor. He stayed for another hour to install the circuit board. One hour of labor cost 100 dollars so they actually charged 761 dollars for the board. I did not know anything about the price of circuit board at that moment and agreed which turned out to be a big mistake. After technician left, I looked up in the internet and called a few other contractors who are able to fix this issue. The price of this circuit board is actually no more than 300 dollars. They more than doubled the price. I called them and asked them to refund me some money. The manager named Gary is very rude and told me as long as I agreed the quote there is nothing he can do. They said they don’t care if I or anyone else would like to use their service again. Their only purpose is to find the next victim. Never call this company, overcharging and greedy is the sticker on their face. Do not trust any positive review about this company, they are all created by their own employees. Find an independent qualified local contractor. They can do anything that Air Group LLC can do.

  • *TRUE STORY*

    Frank, from Rayteam Auto in Waltham, MA is a brilliant
    AUDI engineer with a Heart of Gold who takes care his clients.

    Last night, my AUDI hit a pothole on the Mass Pike-90 and my right front tire exploded.

    I had the toll truck driver deliver my car to Rayteam Auto in Waltham, MA.

    I have been a loyal client of Frank and his crew at Rayteam auto for so many years because they always take care of my AUDI and look out for the well-being of their customers like myself.

    I had called Frank and left him a voicemail explaining that my tire had exploded and that I was delivering my car to his shop.

    My cell phone had died and I did not realize Frank had called me back.

    When the toll truck arrived Frank was there with his crew to meet me.

    Frank, Ray, and, Simon Templar actually changed my right front tire while it was still on the flatbed tow truck!

    They worked together at lightning speed in unison like three Guardian Angels or like the racing crew at the Indy 500 changing my car tire to get me back into the "race".

    It was late last night around 8:00 PM, and cold but thanks to Frank, Ray, and Simon Templar, I could safely resume my drive home to my wife and baby girl in Connecticut.

    I recommend anyone with a car even if is not a European car to pay Frank and his team a visit.

    They not only take car of your vehicle but are magnanimous and take care of your safety and well-being as a person.

    I have never ever met an auto engineering crew go out of their way to help me and my family.

    I thank you Frank, Ray, and Simon Templar.

  • Awesome lunch buffet. They have beans, rice, chile verde, and chile colorado every day. They rotate between tamales, taquitos, flautas, and chimichangas. The soup is caldo de pollo or menudo. Taco bar every day with pollo or asada mon-Thurs and fish tacos on Fridays. Good salad bar, fruits, and desserts.

  • Wouldn't be a terrible place to live if the management was better. And by wouldn't be terrible I mean only seldomly dealing with bed bugs and cockroaches (yes they have them). But the management is horrible. They're never there, refuse to return phone calls or answer concerns, and won't be there for you the day or weekend you're ready to move in. You'd enjoy a garbage dump before this place.

  • This is the most dishonest salon I have ever been to. I have been going to this place for the past two years for Electrolysis treatment. In the beginning it worked great and I saw the results, however after a while it stopped working. The hair started growing back and the progress was regressing. It turned out that the technician was turning the intensity on the Electrolysis Machine down, instead of turning it up. This way I would be coming back and would keep paying for my treatments. The people working there are crooks and thieves and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  • Wonderful staff, helpful folks! They offer punch cards for coffee, soft drinks & sandwiches! Good sandwiches, etc. & very clean facility. A+ service!
